Great news! The federal judge (Judge Leon) in the court case of the e-cigarette companies (Smoking Everywhere and Njoy) vs the FDA has ruled against the FDA! Judge Leon has ruled against the FDA's jurisdictional right to censure electronic cigarettes and has even gone so far as to state they they have definitely over-stepped their bounds and authorities!
